Some kind of a placeholder. “Other” implies some other service, and it’s way too generic--it just seems that there ought to be a specific one for instruction. Especially since it’s so critical to state reporting.

Answer:

I think all the transition ones are there (Independent Living, etc.), and we seem to have covered the range of related services.  However, it looks as though our "instruction" is broken out into math / reading / science / etc. under Title I, and you'd know by the student's participation record that it was special ed and by the setting in the placement record whether it was pull-out or a separate class.
